Subscription Cancellation:

To cancel any future subscriptions, please send an email to hello@quantimalgorithm.com.au. Our team will promptly halt all future subscriptions and payments.

This is a monthly subscription product. Please be aware that SEO is a strategy that demands ongoing effort and yields gradual improvements. Accordingly, our services are structured around a monthly subscription model that automatically renews each month. This approach ensures that we can provide continuous, effective SEO work to help achieve and maintain your desired rankings and SEO goals over time. Of course, you can unsubscribe anytime by just sending us an email. Or if you only need it as a one-off, send us an email and we will stop all future payments for you.

Refund Policy:

Once you place an order and submit the online form with your contact information, website links, and keywords, our team immediately starts the process of creating your SEO backlinks. Given the digital nature of our services and the immediacy of our work, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is in progress.

Since SEO results take time to manifest, refunds are only considered after 60 days from the start date of your order, allowing sufficient time for the effects of our services to be seen.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), digital products (such as backlinks orders or checklist template items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you wish to return a product, please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. This fee covers the cost of restocking the product and processing the return.
